We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or money orders
denominated in U.S. dollars.
Will my name (customer
information) be given to an outside company or third party?
No. Armed Forces Outfitters, Inc. collects customer information only
to complete your order. We will not sell your information to anyone.
How
much do you charge for shipping?
We ship UPS and most shipments are $8.00.
Boots are $10.00. Larger
orders will be quoted when ordering.
Overnight and 2nd day shipping is available on

Do
you ship overseas?
We will to
APO
’s / FPO’s. Our shipping cost is
calculated by the weight of your order and specified
destination.
What is your returns policy?
Within 5 days of receipt of your order, you may return any stock
item in its original condition. Armed Forces Outfitters, Inc.
does not issue refunds on military surplus, used or large quantity
purchase merchandise. We will issue a refund minus 15% restocking
fee for any item you return that meets these conditions. We can
refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
What
is your exchange policy?
Merchandise may be returned for an exchange for up to 10 days from
the original ship date. All returns must include return
authorization # which may be obtained by calling us at
1-800-889-9122.
Armed Forces Outfitters,
Inc will not refund shipping cost and all returns must be shipped to
us with shipping charges prepaid. Merchandise must arrive in
original condition shipped with original labels/tickets attached.
